Help Desk Information

For any questions or assistance PRIOR to Dec. 2, 2023, ALL users, regardless of campus, can visit  https://ithelp.untsystem.edu/, contact the UNT System Help Desk at ithelp@untsystem.edu, or call 940.565.HELP (4357). 

After Dec. 4, 2023, users experiencing issues should contact their respective campus help desk. Those contact emails and phone numbers are located at: https://ams.untsystem.edu/.

If you have not registered for DUO, please visit: https://technology.untsystem.edu/divisions/mrs/is/multi-factor-authentication.php. After signing in and completing DUO, you will be able to access MyApps dashboard.

Introducing MyApps

MyApps dashboard is a browser-based interface that allows for a single sign on solution (SSO) to access multiple applications and resources. UNT System supports these browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox.

To use MyApps dashboard, please visit myapps.microsoft.com. You will be directed to sign in with your UNT campus email address and password. After entering your email address and password, it will redirect you to DUO multi-factor authentication.

Browser Requirement

All UNT System Enterprise computers and devices, both PC and MAC, generally offer Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox. Apple devices come with the Safari browser, but we recommend Chrome and include that in the UNT System Enterprise software center.

UNT System Enterprise student workers not using these approved browsers may experience issues, and it is suggested that they visit these sites and install the most recent versions:
