Voicemail Upgrade Scheduled November 15, 2019

ITSS will upgrade UNT Denton customers, who use analog/digital telephone services, to a new voicemail system November 15, 2019.

Users will still have access to the majority of capabilities and features they use today, with some minor changes:

  • Voice messages will continue to be delivered to both your desk phone and email.
  • Reading or deleting messages from your email does not mark a message as read or remove it from your desk phone or vice versa.
  • Customers can opt to have messages delivered to only their desk phone or only their email if desired.
