ITSS  recently upgraded to the Pinnacle Telephone billing system. This new billing system will allow for improved automation and new standardization of rates across all campuses.  
This system will be used for entering work order requests, reporting trouble, and viewing your monthly Telecom bills. Such requests for telephone services may also include: 
• Department moves 
• Telephone add ons’ and disconnect services 
• Department ID and Chart string changes   
• Request for consultations 
• Ordering patch cords, cellular services and pagers 
• Resetting voice-mail passwords, and all other telephone related items
