Imaging Services is a team of four full-time staff members that functions under the IT Shared Services umbrella. The team has supported Perceptive Content (ImageNow) for over 18 years. We work one-on-one with functional users, third-party vendors, and IT teams to create enterprise content management (ECM) solutions that positively impact each department’s business needs.
Imaging Services provides the following to its customers:
- Maintain technical imaging infrastructure, in conjunction with EAST, (hardware, network, software, storage, security) excluding departmental scanners
- Provide software maintenance, support, licensing, and vendor management
- Provide imaging solution analysis, design, and development per departmental needs (as approved by governance process)
- Provide solution support including incident and service request management
- Provide support for third party solution implementations (as approved by governance process)
